What Does The Platform Offer?

Version 2.0 offers complete presentation file management, from collecting, editing and checking
to on-site distribution and publishing. This is managed through an online portal, secure cloud storage
and a suite of on-site Apps, including a local server.

Currently, this includes:

Event portals for managing your event programme, speakers and files from your browser.

  • Mailing Service

A mailing service, for speakers to submit their files ahead of time via personal links.

  • Digital Signage

Digital signage that adapts in real-time to changes to your event.

  • Speaker Service
    Center App

A Speaker Service Centre queue system, with speaker check-in stations.

  • Live Event
    Apps

Technician and Kiosk Apps, for distributing up-to-date files to presentation rooms.

  • Event Displays

Moderator and timer displays, keeping speakers and session chairs informed and in control.

  • Local
    Server App

A Local Server App to complement our cloud-based file management.
