Managing accounts in Slidecrew is simple and intuitive. Whether you’re signing up for the first time, resetting a password, or managing user roles for an event, we have the tools to keep everything organized.
There are 2 ways of creating a new account for the Slidecrew portal:
Go to app.slidecrew.com in your browser. On the login page, look for the, “Don’t have an account? “Sign up” text at the bottom fo the log in area. Click “Sign up” to begin the account creation process.
If an event organizer invites you to join as a staff member (admin, organizer, or technician), Slidecrew sends you an email with an invite link. Use the link to create your account.
Account Creation Process
On following the sign-up link or your invitation link, you will be walked through the creation process via a series of screens.

Basic Information
You will be asked to enter a valid email address and a password, then check the box confirming that you have read the Slidecrew terms and conditions. Alternatively, Slidecrew supports Google and Microsoft SSO options, so you can also click one either the google or microsoft button under “Or Continue with”, if you would prefer to use SSO.

Personal information
You’ll then have the opportunity to provide some optional basic information, such as your name, company, contact number and country.

Profile picture and Biography
You can enhance your Slidecrew account by uploading a profile image and including a short bio. However, you may choose to skip these steps and complete them later.

Welcome message
After you enter your information, Slidecrew displays a confirmation screen welcoming you. You don’t need to take any further action here, but you can click a button to proceed to the login page.
Account Verification email
After completing the account setup, a verification email will be sent to your inbox. Click the link in the email within 24 hours to activate your account and start using Slidecrew.
However, if you do not receive the verification email or fail to click the link within 24 hours, please contact our support team using the contact form for assistance. Our team will help you verify.
