Setting up Slidecrew for your event requires ensuring the right network and hardware infrastructure. This page provides an overview of the hardware requirements to help you prepare.

Network Requirements
- V-lan Network should be a subnet /24 (max 254 address).
- If a larger pool than 254 addresses is needed, please contact suppport@slidecrew.com
- Internet access and DHCP (v4) is mandatory for connecting to cloud storage and online portal.
Not necessary for offline events except for initial setup. - We recommend using wired connections for all devices.
- A dedicated wifi V-lan network is possible, but our recommendation is to use this only for situations that are not time-sensitive, or as a backup:
- Room signage
- Breakout rooms (with small presentation sizes and uploaded with plenty of time to sync)
