Files that have been uploaded to your event will be downloaded to the relevant rooms once a device has been set up with one of the file distribution apps (Technician App or Kiosk App).
Both the Technician and Kiosk check the portal at regular intervals for the files needed for the current room and day. If there is a file that has not yet been downloaded but is needed in that room, it will be downloaded automatically to a labelled folder on the desktop.
The Apps will continuously check for new files, or newer versions of the files saved to the portal for that room, downloading any that it finds.
This means that, once the Apps are set up, file distribution will automatically keep up with any new or updated files.
