How to manage Slidecrew two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication adds a second check to your login. You use your password, then you confirm with an extra step, which helps protect your account from unauthorised access.
Turn on Slidecrew two-factor authentication
Follow these steps to activate 2FA:
- Log in at app.slidecrew.com.
- Click your profile at the top right.
- Choose Account Settings from the dropdown.
- In Personal information, switch on the 2FA toggle.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Check your inbox for a verification email that confirms 2FA is active.
Turn off Slidecrew two-factor authentication
If you need to disable 2FA, use the same menu:
- Log in at app.slidecrew.com.
- Click your profile at the top right.
- Choose Account Settings.
- In Personal information, switch off the 2FA toggle.
- Enter your password to confirm.
- Look for a confirmation email that 2FA is disabled.
Tips and good practice
- Keep your account email up to date before you enable 2FA.
- If you do not see the verification message, check Spam or Junk.
- Never share your password or 2FA confirmations.
