The Slidecrew publication page lets you share presentation files online in the form of approved PDFs, e-posters and recordings to attendees as each session finishes.
What is the Slidecrew publication page?
The publication page lives as a static web page or as an embedded iFrame on your event site. It lists every session, presentation, and speaker, together with each presentation file the uploader has approved for publication. The system then converts these files to PDF so attendees can view or download them instantly.
Why enable it?
- Give delegates instant access to speaker material
- We take speaker consent seriously, only showing files they approve explicitly.
- Organise content by day, session and presentation, along with a search bar for easy browsing of event material.
- Extend your event’s life, keeping traffic on your site.
How to enable the page

- Open your Event Settings in your event portal.
- Go to the Other Settings section.
- Toggle Use Publishing to On.
- Save. Slidecrew generates the page from existing data.
Speaker permission workflow
Presenters have two opportunities to give or deny permission to share presentation files online for each of their files:
- On their Speaker Upload page, after uploading.
- In the Speaker Service Centre App
If publication is inactive, these options stay hidden, so presenters only see the options that are relevant to them.
When are files published?
- During the event, PDFs appear seconds after a session ends.
- After the event, late permissions trigger an upload, but this publication page will only refresh once per day.
What can be published?
- PDFs of slides. PowerPoint files are converted into PDFs.
- Video presentations
- E-posters are also converted to PDF, so embedded videos or animations will be lost, unless the ePoster was uploaded as a video.
All items share the same clear search bar, indexing titles and speaker names.
Tips for a polished look

- Link from your home page navigation
- Combine multiple events into one library for year-round value
